Bringing the slow romance of Parisian mornings to Prior Lake

LoadTest Cold Brew 2 was born out of a simple obsession: why can't a neighborhood coffee shop feel like a quiet corner of Saint-Germain-des-Prés? We wanted to combine the meticulous craft of specialty coffee with the warm, buttery comforts of a classic French boulangerie right here in Minnesota.

We source our beans from dedicated local roasters, selecting only the finest single-origin lots that shine under our signature 24-hour cold-steeping process. Every croissant is laminated by hand, every espresso is pulled with absolute precision, and every cup is served with the belief that morning rituals should never be rushed.
